Altitude Showroom Opens to Public with Sample Sale

Oh to be a buyer and shop at wholesale prices (or know someone who knows someone). Well, thanks to Altitude Showroom, you can. Usually open only to professional retail buyers, the San Francisco showroom and rep for independent brands such as Althea Harper and Make Love Not War is opening its doors to the public for a fall sample sale complete with apparel, accessories, handbags, shoes and more at wholesale prices.

Among the designers the showroom represents are also many local names, including Kajan Padraig, Avalove and Akemi Okamoto. During the sample sale, shoppers will find Avalove printed t-shirts and dresses, REVEAL eco-friendly handbags and apparel by Everyday at wholesale prices.

And we dare say there are reasons to go beyond the amazing prices on independent fashion. Just getting a glimpse inside the building, which houses numerous showrooms usually closed to the public, is a fun field trip for a fashion fan. And then there’s Altitude itself. Altitude Showroom owner Karri Ann Frerichs works with independent designers and also teaches workshops and seminars to help designers get market ready through Fashion Market SF, a community organization focused on the growth of San Francisco‚Äôs fashion industry.

Ready to go? Call 415-912-7331 or email showroom (at) altitudepromotion (dot) com in advance. Hours: Mon-Fri 11 am-5 pm. Sale in ongoing until inventory is gone.
