For spring, Oakland-based Serial Cultura by designer Jen Jennings continues to extol the virtues of prints, with colorful graphic patterns layered and either digitally printed or hand-silkscreened onto silks, silk knit and organic cotton.
Joining the scarves, tops and dresses Jennings is known for are two styles of printed leggings, marking the designer’s first foray into below-the-waist fashion.
