SF Fashion Events: CCSF Fashion Show, Digitally Chic, Alameda Vintage Faire + More

Parties and fashion shows lie ahead for San Francisco fashion lovers this week. Among the don’t-miss events are this month’s Digitally Chic meetup at W Hotel, the Grand Re-Opening Party for Covet Boutique and a fashion show and soiree celebrating the Saffron Rare Threads Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. Come Sunday, clear your evening for the City College of San Francisco 2012 Spring fashion show, Ethereal Night. For vintage fans, block out time over the weekend to head east for the Alameda Point Vintage Fashion Faire.

And of course, as you know, it doesn’t stop there. We’re adding new fashion happenings all the time. Find details on these and other upcoming San Francisco fashion events waiting on the SF Indie Fashion Calendar.

Inside Covet’s New Union St. Boutique

Not to worry! Hayes Valley’s Covet boutique is not gone, but simply relocated to Union St. Owned by Frolick jewelry designer Adrienne Wiley, the shop is a trusty destination for locally-designed jewelry and gift-worthy accessories.

With pale blue walls as a backdrop, the shelves and displays at the new 2117 Union St. location feature Wiley’s own line, as well as silk screened t-shirts, original artists’ prints, scarves, belts, watches and handbags.

We hear the Inner Richmond location will remain open and continue as Wiley’s design studio.

You’ll find our previous coverage of Covet here. Take a peak inside below.
