• Save your fashion energy up for the weekend, because this week’s best style-minded events start up on Thursday. That evening you’ll find the Big Things Show at the Silverman Gallery featuring Stars + Ravens, Serial Cultura and Micaela Greg.

• Also on Thursday night, Shotwell treats San Francisco fashion fans to complimentary cocktails, tunes and a healthy dose of style as part of its Vivienne Westwood X Lee Jeans Launch Party. While you’re there, congratulate the Union Square destination on the official debut of its online store.

• Cruise into the weekend with feel-good fashion, thanks to two charitable events going down on Friday night. Pop by the Beauty of Life Fashion Show at Jillian’s benefiting Sickle Cell Awareness at the Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland to glimpse apparel from featured designers such as James Head, Marianne Faulkner and Anthony Aelman.
