In our quest to shop from local, independent sources, basics for everyday activities such as hitting the gym or a yoga class can be among the most difficult items to find. Making that challenge much easier for us these days is Angelina, a fitness apparel label based in San Francisco.
The result of sisters Angelina and Sharon Pacaldo’s combined talents (Angelina is the athlete, while Sharon has the apparel business background), the company offers a full line of active wear, including sports bras, capris, leggings, pants and workout-friendly hoodies and wrap tops.
We’re especially enamored of the Pure Lime Gym Hipsters for their versatile silhouette and the Hard Tail Raglan Sweatshirt, a perfect topper for tossing on before and after workouts (or while you’re lazing around on the weekend thinking about how you should be at the gym).
