Here are images from last night’s Bugs and Spiders show at Temple. They aren’t crystal clear, but hey, I’m only 5’2″ and was jockeying with some seriously tall people for space. Actually, the only reason I even got as close to the runway as I did was because someone farted and everyone around me started jetting. But I stood my ground and shimmied closer – even though it meant standing in the fart pocket, which was gross, but that’s how much I love indie fashion. I was also balancing a glass of wine while doing this (and it certainly wasn’t my first). So there were several factors involved in the peculiar look of these shots. Sadly, I wasn’t able to capture much of the detail in the clothing, but I hope these images will communicate the vibe and feel of the space instead.
